Where is your business going?

In today’s ever changing economy, every small business owner needs to be concerned about the bottom line.  How do you get your message to your customers?  How do you best maximize your advertising budget?  And how do you make those efforts effective?

Every day we are bombarded with advertising options:  TV, Yellow pages, the Internet, newspapers, vehicle advertising, outdoor signage.  But which is best for your business?  The simple answer is, there is no simple answer.  It all depends on your business.  There is no “magic bullet” that is perfect for all businesses.  So how are you supposed to decipher the multitude of messages you get every day in regards to your advertising?  Some small business owners don’t have the time or the interest in learning all of the intricacies of advertising, branding, positioning, and marketing.  Most small businesses want to run their business and do what they enjoy.  That’s where we come in.  We are your silent partner, and all we do is help you look good.  Often times with advertising and marketing our businesses, we cannot see the forest for the trees.  We spend so much time obsessing and planning and trying to figure out what is going to work the best, we neglect the basics.  We don’t stop to look at our shops and our vehicles and our paperwork.  Are all of those items consistent and current?  What is the first thing your customer sees when they arrive at your business?   Does that image convey to the customer what you want it to?   Do your cards and forms and paperwork and mailings all match your building and your signage?  If you use vehicles for your business, are they all consistent with your building and cards and paperwork?  And are all of those items easily identifiable as YOURS?   Do they reinforce your professionalism and your expertise?  And do all of those things work well together?  Consistency does you no good if it is not effective at the same time.

We have found that often times, small changes can be made to one aspect of your business to bring it in line with the rest of your operation.  Those small changes can pay huge dividends when you are more recognizable, consistent and effective.   And the more efficient your “brand” is, the more time you have to devote to making your business great!  We are here to help.  Making you look good is what we do.  And we specialize in helping you without breaking the bank.
